GameOverse pilot sparks fan art and cosplay buzz
Glitch Productions released the GameOverse pilot, introducing characters Kit and Gobbles and showcasing heavy visual FX. Artists and cosplayers posted fan art, sketches, and cosplay focused on Kit and Gobbles, with some creators describing hand-tracked FX overlays and lighter rendering experiments. Creators praised the pilot while noting areas for improvement, and the wide range of styles from furry anthro pieces to dinosaur cosplay shows strong character appeal and creative momentum worth exploring.
โฆ. yeah these are fun characters to draw ๐ #gameoverse #gameoversefanart
Nana Mizuki voices her in Japanese and yknow what it fits
I know it's referencing that one Rogue comic cover, but isn't there a painting by Boris Vallejo that's similar? Either Vallejo or Frank Frazetta. Also, dat ass
Is this a X-Men 92 reference? It feels like it
Watched the first couple minutes of Gameoverse, and I think I'll just have to come back to it when I'm in a better mood. It's a pilot, and pilots can be...rough ๐ The "I can't do this right now" moment came when I realized 2 of the main cast were just -Jschlatt and -Arin doing funni voice
Took me right out of it. Lol
Oh you didn't even get to the other character that's just Arin doing a funny voice.
in the original version from like 15 years ago, EVERY character was voiced by arin
Do give it another go, it isn't perfect but there's a lot of heart/charm and the longer I watched the more I enjoyed it
I've seen this complaint a bunch and Im kinda glad I have no idea who those guys are except for like the vaguest memories of ego raptors cartoons from twenty years ago so I could watch it without that baggage.
Honestly Iโve never heard of either of them before (or seen any of Their content), so it didnโt really do much to me, in terms of โnahh I canโt do thisโ but itโs interesting seeing what other people think about it I just hope the pacing for the rest of The series isnโt THAT fast
Thought Schlatt did pretty good, all things considered.
I gotta be real, Schlatt being a main character is rough. Like, it's just him talking how he talks normally. And the character is basically his irl personality, too.
Jschlattโs voice amuses me but that first line was rough. I think he gets more into character throughout the episode though
