Between 01:56 and 02:34 local time, Russian forces launched six Iskander-M ballistic missiles and two Zircon missiles toward Kyiv from the Bryansk and Kursk regions, Monitorwar said. Kyiv’s air defenses engaged the barrage, with one post stating Kyiv’s Patriot system destroyed about six of eight incoming missiles and other local updates claiming all missiles were intercepted. Explosions and fires followed the attack; debris ignited a gas station and a nearby residential building in the Darnytskyi district. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said two people were injured.
