Ukrainian FP-5 Flamingo cruise missiles struck the Titan-Barrikady defense plant in Volgograd overnight, with geolocated footage showing multiple impacts on the site. Sources say five Flamingo missiles were launched and at least three reached the target, striking Workshop No. 2, the production building of Workshop No. 38 and another workshop. Titan-Barrikady is a major Russian defense manufacturer that produces mobile launchers and components for systems including Iskander-M, Yars, Topol-M and Sarmat. Designer Denys Shtilerman published footage of missile launches and impacts, and independent geospatial analysis matched strikes to the plant. Volgograd authorities reported fires and the governor said 10 people were injured; damage to the facility is being assessed. Ukraine’s military intelligence and President Zelensky framed the strike as targeting a site that serves Russia’s war effort.
