Supreme Court ends deportation protections for Haitians and Syrians
The uber-conservative SIX reinforcing today that Supreme Court reform is long overdue. One of their most atrocious decisions, Mullin v. Doe, allows Trump to end Temporary Protected Status for Haitians and Syrians and green-lights overt racism in order to do so. youtu.be/A-JxtdvxtJU?...
Good people & activists must call out all the corrupt Justices as often as possible. They are destroying our Nation and above the law. This broken system can NOT stand. It is important that all Americans know exactly who they are, and what they are doing. Packing the court is not enough, imo.
Amy Comey Barrett has two adopted children from Haiti, this in fact clearly amplifies the need for not only reform but also a serious look at judicial impeachment especially where financial fraud exists. There is serious malfeasance present.
SCOTUS has lost ALL LEGITIMACY.
I hate those six unjustices!
Outraged at this decision. Vile, Evil 6 SCOTUS.
I am old enough to remember when people refused to vote for Hillary Clinton because she wasn’t pure enough for them.
“Simply put, the Supreme Court’s ruling will directly result in thousands of innocent people dying violent, needless deaths,” stated attorneys Geoff Pipoly and Andy Tauber, who represented Haitians before the court. www.americaamerica.news/p/they-dont-...
SCOTUS needs to be reigned in ASAP. It has basically sided with Trump and has declared war on the American people.
Just an UTTER DISGRACE.The ruling is callous and heartless. The Court and Trump’s administration are White Nationalist. It could NOT be clearer.
Maybe that’s the point of their cruelty?
Why isn't the rest of the world democracies Condemning this racism.
Now it’s up to Congress to do something, and if you tell us that the Constitution doesn’t allow ignoring an opinion, then you have to show us where the Constitution supports the racist rulings
Do Not "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!" The United States Supreme Court
The Court Made Them Disposable By Tony Pentimalli More than 350,000 Haitians and thousands of Syrians are living in the United States because the federal government told them they could. They registered. They renewed. They
worked, paid taxes, paid rent, raised children, cared for aging parents, and built lives around the promise that they would not be sent back while their countries remained too dangerous to return to. On June 25, the Supreme Court helped turn that promise into a trap.
The Roberts Court will be vilified by history for its racism. This statement is an understatement.
Just think of the money these people have spent, to make a life here, what they've contributed to the country, and now they're going to be thrown out, bec a selfish group of bigots are afraid of brown people.
This is a nightmare and a disgrace to our country.
The Court made all of us who are not ultra wealthy disposable.
As Supreme Court justice Sonya Sotomayor pointed out, Trump has made several racially charged statements against the Haitian people, yet none of those comments were used in the case.
We'd move heaven and earth for family. Now the Roberts Court let Trump strip protections from Haitians and Syrians who built lives here. MAGA Justices do his bidding again — while robbing our health, wealth, freedoms. We stand together. Demand permanent protections. Remake the court.
I think the MAGA Justices are doing Project 2025's bidding...he is their tool and they are using him to their full advantage. They must have a hell of a lot on the R's because they are complicit in these horrors inflicted upon humanity. #SheShed
We are no longer the Shining City on the Hill. 😢 We now betray and oppress with violence,
TPS was considered no longer necessary for several nations via Kristi Noem. All of these are nations of POC from Africa, Asia, and Central & South America. Meanwhile, whitey white South Afrikans are fast tracked thru the US refugee system.
Fvcking brownshirts hate brown skin... I can't wait for the jarring of the left swing on the political pendulum. I wish nothing more than for those in this administration to get fair trials.
The Corrupted Robert's Supreme Court in Action
The ramifications of the Supreme Court are seen especially in Springfield, Ohio, where the Vice President during the campaign lied that Haitians were eating cats and dogs. Now those Haitians are preparing for their work authorization to end and left wondering if and when they will be deported.

These people have built lives here, families. They work and worship here. There have been no issues and it is heartbreaking to deport them - where? Their countries are riddled with gangs, war, violence. You cannot have a peaceful life there, work or raise a family safely. This was a cruel decision!
Trump despises Haitians and will now deport them, many to their death
Hoping karma is real. This is cruel.
Their “deportation” is all about their imprisonment by Geo, Corecivic, and all the private companies that earn billions off of American taxpayer money. It’s all about the money and the fascist ideologies are just the front, like they are for all of the gross corruption in our government right now.
This is heartbreaking. This administration has no humanity.
The Supreme Court thought Trump wasn’t being racist towards Haitians because they agree with him.
Trump the Bathroom Slob? "The president is mad at authors Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan for the bathroom scenes in 'Regime Change.' Plus: the Supreme Court turns a blind eye to Trump's racism as it screws over Haitians." Read here, by @swin24.bsky.social: zeteo.com/p/trump-the-...
I wish I knew what was in the book, but not knowing kind of makes it grosser and freakier. What does that freak do in the bathroom?
Any parent will tell you the cleaning the shit filled diaper of a toddler in the midst of a raging temper tantrum will make a big mess, this completely tracks.
The Supreme Court ruling on TPS is not an immediate deportation order, but it does give the government authority to end protections for Haitians and others who have lived and worked here legally for years. The real impact will come as DHS decides how and when to implement it..hardly no news coverage
This ruling is very upsetting. I believe this racist administration will direct ICE to attack Haitians immediately. They have zero respect for settled laws, now they have a green light to hate! They treat the constitution like toilet paper. They will never show grace to brown/ black immigrants.
I'll bet Trump jumps on this as soon as possible. He's so racist and this just feeds his racism. He's jumping for joy.
I hope people will help hide them. Maybe France will welcome them since Haiti is largely the fault of colonial France.
