Mortal Kombat 1 Definitive Edition adds skins tied to MKII movie
Mortal Kombat 1: Definitive Edition added a content drop that brings in-game skins modeled on characters from the Mortal Kombat II movie. Creators are showcasing those skins with sprite remakes, trading-card style edits, cosplay recreations, short animatics, and in-game skin showcase clips. Work centers on Liu Kang's movie outfit and sprite, Kitana's battle looks, and Shang Tsung's shadowy post-credits presence. Many edits and comics splice the film's key scenes into MK1 stages and aesthetics.
with new mortal kombat movie coming out it has me thinking about all those old fighting games and it has made me realize what a tragedy it is that DARKSTALKERS just kinda trotted away. i do not really play videogames anymore its been a long time but dang i would start up over a new darkstalkers game
also i looked up this character that i liked to play because i was thinkin 'what the heck WAS she even?' i think i thought she was a phantom or ghost of some kind but upon going back and reading about it i have learned she is a jiangshi or 'chinese hopping vampire.' VERY COOL

Capcom has been on a tear lately, conditions have never been better for them to make a new DARKSTALKERS
please tell me you know about Fightcade and if not, let me tell you
They had Darkstalkers characters in Pocket Fighter and honestly we really need more Pocket Fighter.
