FFXIV adds same-region player matchmaking and Party Finder changes

Same-region player matching will soon be available! Players will be able to match with others on the same data center. This also includes the Party Finder! 🎉

NIIICE! Cross datacenter matchmaking for the same region! Its not quite cross region visiting, but its getting there! ^_^

well with the same region matchmaking coming now people don't need to create characters on populated servers anymore and i guess that means that dynamis is gonna be populated soon?

Player matching is now same-region, instead of same-virtual-DC as it currently is.
