NBC News projects Democrat Rep. Jared Moskowitz defeated Republican Scott Singer to win re-election in Florida's redrawn 25th Congressional District. AP and other outlets also called Moskowitz the winner, saying he prevailed in a South Florida seat that state Republicans had redrawn this year to favor the GOP. Moskowitz will return to the U.S. House for another term, a result outlets framed as a setback to the GOP-led redistricting effort in Florida.
