Minneapolis residents can vote in person early or drop off a mail ballot at designated locations today, including the Hennepin County Government Center Skyway Level (300 6th St. S.), Urban League Twin Cities (2100 Plymouth Ave N) and Bethel Lutheran Church (4120 17th Ave S). Drop-off is available at 980 E Hennepin Ave or 300 S 6th St until 5:00 p.m. If you are registered at your current address, you do not need to bring ID to vote in person. Minnesota law requires completed mail ballots to remain sealed in multiple envelopes until more than 18 days before Election Day, after which ballots may be put directly into the ballot counter the same way as on Election Day. Early voting locations listed by the City are closed on Election Day; on that day you must vote at your assigned polling place. For absentee voting details the page directs voters to the Hennepin County Elections website and lists one-day pop-up early voting sites and hours.
