The whole Warner bros merger bullshit has me feeling really awful tonight. I wish the entertainment industry wasn't being torn apart by a gaggle of greedy dipshits who want to line their pockets. So many passionate artists are being left to rot. This country is a fucking joke.

Y'know, as turbulent and troubling as the merged Paramount/WB company Skydance is, the best we can all do other than hoping everyday that it falls apart is to support their releases and IPs, showing how much you care for them. Particularly the Warner Archive and their third-party content licenses.

the Paramount - Warner Bros merger is very bad obviously, but i just see it resulting in a horribly mismanaged thing everyone hates that further decays these brands ala CBS News than i do it changing the face of the entertainment. especially if the regulatory atmosphere changes at all in a few years
