Flydubai flight FZ1073 from Dubai to Tel Aviv diverted and made an emergency landing in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia after a violent clash in the cockpit in which one pilot stabbed the other, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said. Passengers and additional crew members forced their way into the cockpit, subdued the attacker, and two other pilots helped bring the aircraft to a safe landing. Israel and Saudi Arabia scrambled jets after the aircraft sent a distress signal amid fears of a hijacking. Flydubai said the motive remains unknown and the incident is under investigation. Israeli officials said about 180 people were on board; other reports put the count at roughly 174 passengers, including 27 children. Authorities arrested the allegedly violent pilot after the landing and passengers are reported safe.

What now lol "The co-pilot of a flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv tried to crash the plane after stabbing the pilot. Doron Spielman, a spokesperson for the Israeli prime minister's office, told Reuters the incident was not believed to have been a hijacking, describing it as a "different incident"."
