Sen. Cory Booker confronts Kash Patel at congressional hearing

newsSep 15, 2026817,383

Sen. Cory Booker, D-NJ, sharply confronted FBI Director Kash Patel during a Senate Judiciary Committee oversight hearing Tuesday, clashing with Patel over the bureau’s actions to gather information on a New York Times reporter who had reported on Patel’s use of a SWAT detail to protect his girlfriend. Booker told Patel to "Stop falsely attacking me" during the exchange. Patel defended a recent policy change that removed bestiality as an automatic hiring disqualifier, saying the change was meant to avoid barring trafficking victims and to allow such applicants to be considered. Republican Sen. John Kennedy pressed Patel with baffled questions about that same hiring standard change, and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse questioned Patel about missing pages from the Epstein files. Patel also would not rule out sending FBI agents to polling places this November when asked by lawmakers. The hearing left Patel facing intensified scrutiny from both parties over his leadership, hiring standards, and the bureau’s investigative decisions.

Kash Patel defended his new policy before the Senate Judiciary Committee which allows the FBI to hire agents who have engaged in bestiality and it barely gets noticed because there are 50 other things happening from these clowns each day that are worse.

I'm thinking there's a Pulitzer Prize waiting for the reporter dicovering the identity of the FBI applicant who engaged in beastiality and what their relationship is to Kash Patel causing him to change the standard and allow that person into the agency.
