Marvel's Wolverine launches on PS5 worldwide

Marvel's Wolverine launched worldwide on PS5, and players immediately began posting guides and play impressions around the new release. Posters highlighted Photo Mode moments and a Mystique cameo while sharing tips for combat and suit details, with some creators celebrating Insomniac's UI team for making the game more accessible. After middling critic reviews surfaced, actor Liam McIntyre responded to the backlash by saying the brutal comments do not faze him, even as streamers and write-ups argued over the game's strengths and weaknesses.

Claws out. Bow drawn. Let's go! 💛 A huge congratulations to our dear friends at @insomniac.games on the launch of #WolverinePS5. 🎨 Art by Principal Concept Artist Oscar Römer Bilbao

Celebratory art of Wolverine and Aloy, claws and bow at the ready respecitively, ready to attack! The art is reminiscent of a comic book cover.

That is a sick looking art work!

I do very much like this tradition of 1st Party PlayStation Studios celebrating the release of each others games with some artwork like this. It's just... neat, you know?

I love when companies do this. Crossover of Aloy and Laura Kinney Wolverine when?

Not buying a game that treats players like a 5yo

Either give Logan a Clank costume or make a Clank beat-em up.

This game is one of my favs of all time -- I am so proud of the team for crafting such an amazing experience! I held the controller two inches from my face the whole game because my heart rate felt like I was running a marathon 🤣 Congrats team! So proud to be an Insomniac today ❤️

It’s always one of the animators’ favorite things to spend the last few spare cycles at the end of the project making these!

Not paying that much money for a not great game, Sony really lost the plot…

After middling critic reviews, Marvel’s Wolverine disappointed fans when they discovered the game was little more than a vehicle to promote other PS5 exclusives. paletteswap.site/dif...

What Playstation's Insomniac's Marvel's Wolverine really needed was a cooking minigame where you could combine various haphazard slabs of meat with various alcohols and roast them over a fire using your adamantium claws.

2124d ago

Jason3

it also needs a pet mechanic where you adopt a teen mutant and turn them into a killing machine

Tales To Enrage1

Just steal one of the Monster Hunter cooking scenes and clumsily replace the chief Palico cook with ol' Wolvie.

Marvel’s Wolverine é um jogo de ação linear e visceral que aposta em uma diversão mais despretensiosa, mesmo quando algumas de suas escolhas não funcionam tão bem. Nossa análise: youtu.be/jwS_K4mLFdw
