Zelda-themed Nintendo Switch 2 console and Pro Controller leak

Alleged photos have surfaced showing a limited-edition Zelda-themed Nintendo Switch 2 console and a matching Pro Controller. The Pro Controller pictured uses a black, gold, and green color scheme with the Hylian Crest centered on the face. The Switch 2 dock in the leak is black and gold with a prominent Triforce emblem, and the Joy-Con 2 controllers carry Triforce branding of their own. Notebookcheck links the hardware to The Legend of Zelda series 40th anniversary and notes Nintendo is also preparing an Ocarina of Time remake planned for release sometime in 2026. Nintendo has not announced either product, no release date or pricing details are available, and coverage speculates a limited edition could arrive around the Ocarina of Time remake launch. It remains unclear whether the special-edition Switch 2 would share the standard system’s price or carry a premium.

So the packaging of the Zelda Edition is already up for sell in China. LOL. The gradient green on the Pro Controller 2 and the dock’s gold finish even behind the back cover indicate that this is high effort. Nintendo must be confident in their sales potential, since they are making a ton of them.
