Apparently a walk off grand slam while trailing by 3 is called an "ultimate grand slam" and it's the 35th in MLB history. I can't find anything that lists the final scores of all the games, but as others have noted, David Bote of the Cubs hit one while down 3-0 to the Nats in 2018.

If you watched the Royals, you would have known that they have perfected giving up the game winning home run with two out and and 0-2 pitch in the bottom of the ninth. It is about the fourth time it has happened.
