Spider-Man: Brand New Day gets lowest critics' score of Tom Holland Spideys
People wanna jump up my butt about "Still being hung up on the Raimi 'Spider-Man' movies" but... the LAST movie *made* THOSE MOVIES *canonically* part of the storyline to THIS series - arguably, they're PREQUELS! 🤣 I'm gonna keep bringing them up - sorry not sorry 🙃 youtu.be/3291uuIT_HE?...
Yeah the Raimi movies are canonical, same with the Webb movies and I guess now at least the first two Deadpools and whatever X-Men timeline those take place in. Which i have a feeling they'll simplify it, largely ignore the post DoFP movies and just say all the stuff happens in the DP timeline.
I just stick to the Grant Morrison philosophy of every comic book story is canon by virtue of it existing. Doesn’t matter if it’s a different era, creative team, medium, etc., all superhero stories are canon.
‘SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY’ is tracking for a $465M global box office opening. The film is expected to rank among the biggest openings ever. (via Deadline) #SpiderManBrandNewDay #SpiderMan
Holy shit. Get that money, Tommy.
