An eyewitness told TMZ Donald “spent about an hour on the field doing ladder drills, medicine ball throws, and agility work, pushing himself to the limit until he was clearly gassed.” The appearance came days after Donald left a comment on an Instagram post that stirred return speculation and follows the Rams’ trade last month for defensive end Myles Garrett. Donald has been retired for two years, and his workout at the team facility has renewed questions about whether he will unretire to join the revamped Rams front seven.
