Bryce Harper joins 2026 Home Run Derby at Citizens Bank Park

Bryce Harper will compete in Monday night's 2026 Home Run Derby at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. Harper, a Phillies star and former derby champion, won the 2018 Home Run Derby for the Washington Nationals, defeating Kyle Schwarber in the final. This season Harper has 20 home runs through 93 games, tied for eighth in the National League. Only four players have ever won the derby inside their home ballpark, and no one has done it twice; Harper will try to become the first to win a home-hosted derby more than once. His entry gives the Phillies at least one hometown headliner for Monday night.
