Lena Frances2Never been a more painful or nonsensical pulling of a theatrical release. This was clearly made for theaters! Feels like a waste not to put it in theaters, especially with nothing else coming out that weekend. Paramount just flat-out destroying themselves.

The whole situation with Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender has just been a sad affair to watch. I'm glad it's finally getting out, but Paramount might as well have pushed the film off a cliff with everything that happened to it. I just feel awful for everyone involved. Just sad.
LoudToon14The only thing that may help salvage is if like Rumble, the movie sees a Blu-Ray release down the line. Most mainstream animated movies originally slated for theaters like most of Sony's films have eventually seen one, and hopefully Aang is not exempted.
