The Chicago Cubs beat the New York Mets 10-5 in Game 2 at Wrigley Field to complete a doubleheader sweep. The two wins gave Chicago the series victory over New York. Clark the Cub raised the white W flag at Wrigley Field and fans revived the Harry Caray 'Cubs win' chant as the team celebrated.
