The Spurs taking Quaintance and Tarris Reed Jr. is interesting. I like both prospects a lot, but this is almost like a hedge because of Quaintance's injury concerns. Reed was among the best remaining options for the Celtics.

I don't watch a ton of college basketball, but I do watch a decent amount of Big East ball. The fact that the Spurs end up with Tarris Reed Jr is a huge get.

I didnt follow the draft rankings too closely, but after the Finals, I remember thinking, the Spurs could use a body like Tarris Reed.
