Sen. Bill Cassidy calls Trump’s Iran deal 'worst foreign policy blunder in decades'
Sen. Bill Cassidy publicly denounced President Trump’s newly announced Iran deal, saying 'Reagan is rolling over in his grave.'
Senator Bill Cassidy unloads on Trump and the Iran war: “Worst foreign policy blunder in decades” (!)
Amazing what nothing left to lose will do to a person’s sense of honesty.
The Reagan admin sold arms to Iran.
“And with that said, I will continue to support his Republican enablers in every way I can”
Why would Reagan be rolling in grave exactly? Didn't he and Iran have a nice illegal mutually beneficial relationship?
I’m like 30 years younger than this lying piece of shit and I remember Iran-Contra
funny how they suddenly discover their balls when there's nothing left to lose
He forgot to add that us taxpayers will also fund Iran's rebuild since we just funded its destruction. How fun for us... We will pay for all of it for decades.

Damn Bill if only you could use your big doctor brain to run for a coequal branch of government and wield influence in shaping foreign policy
Gosh, if only Senator Cassidy knew some people in government who could act on this corrupt toddler-king's eleventy-seven impeachable offences.
Don’t forget the schoolgirls, please.
Wait until Cassidy figures out that Donald Trump is a Russian asset
Weird how they all gain courage when their job no longer depends on it
Another lame duck who found his spine.
Cassidy does remember that Reagan tucked tail and ran when Iran proxies hit our Marines in 1983 right?
“Look honey. I may have slept with her 10,000 times and on all your birthdays twice and every anniversary 3 times. But now I see she’s actually pretty dumb and not that attractive to me anymore. I guess I shouldn’t have done all that. Also, she dumped me. So whaddaya say?”
Probably worth noting that it's very likely the casualty count is much higher than they're admitting.
But he still does not mention Trump by name....
Primary over, Cassidy finds a bit of courage to state the obvious.
He didn’t even mention the kids were murdered
And you (Cassidy) were happy to suck his dick up until the day he turned on you. So don't pretend that you're any better...
Thanks for tuning into the latest episode of "Republican profiles in courage"
I bet Iran already guessed that leveraging the Strait of Hormuz would work, and so did US strategists who were consistently ignored. Here's hoping they decide it works so well that they don't even need a nuclear weapon after all.
Ollie North would like a word with Mr. Haney.
Cassidy, Cornyn, and Tillis can fuck off into the sun with their selective outrage that only comes with their ouster from the political scene.
Gee, maybe we shouldn't have started a war for no reason.
The courage of knowing you won’t be back in DC
He’ll end up claiming his account was hacked
Shame he doesn’t mention over 100 school girls and countless innocent Iranian civilians also dead.
Demonstrating honor and integrity only when there are no longer professional consequences. I'll still take it. Sure does underscore the abject cowardice of the GOP, their refusal to tell their constituents simple truths. Hopefully it is as revealing as it should be to those voters.
Reagan rolling over in his grave to guffaw to the other corpses about having sold the arms to Iran
I dunno. Reagan got pretty chummy with Iran. Plus, he too was a bigoted dye job who got a huge political office despite zero seconds of experience.
Nice that he found his spine
Sorry Bill, but you’re partially responsible for all of this mess. You can’t slink away now. You, along with all of your senate and house colleagues, state and federal, as well as the Republican voters own all of this.
Republican senators, which he is a member of, rejected even voting on a war powers resolution for Iran even after the house passed one. If he had done his job, there would have been no war and no deal. Instead he abdicated until the war was over and now he's popping off with this toothless critique.
Barn door meets escaped horse.
NEWS: Republicans blast Trump’s Iran deal as the worst foreign policy blunder in history. Trump suggests selling Puerto Rico to buy Greenland because the territory is “dirty” and the people are “poor.” Major Epstein documents dropping soon—court orders their release. Subscribe to support my work:
The original agreement with Iran had a verification process. It was monitored. Trump's agreement has none. The way the negotiations have gone it is certain the final agreement won't have any. If nuclear experts & verification aren't included in the negotiations the agreement is meaningless. #Iran
Puerto Rico is currently experiencing a water crisis. Where is his statement on that? It’s been weeks they haven’t had water! 🙄 Sell PR? Our island isn’t for sale and it never was. My people are human beings, not merchandise or tradable objects.
WHAT? The man is demented. He shouldn't have any power at all. Will we make it to mid-terms?

Just about the only thing that's dirty in America is the Trump Administration! What a shameful President we have.
We live in the most deranged period in American history & our history is hella deranged
Today, my very outspoken maga cousin announced he woke up. Now he’s trump bashing. He can run his mouth all he wants now.
By “dirty” he means they have brown skin.
Honestly, by the time it’s all said and done I wonder how many billions and billions the American taxpayers coughed up for this war and Iran is further ahead than when Trump attacked. I guess it’s easier when you’re not spending your own money, right?
Had Trump simply stayed with Obama's Iran deal, but nope! www.axios.com/2026/06/16/t...
The deal Obama made, over the course of years of negotiations with actual diplomats, was unacceptable to Shitler because it had Obama’s name on it That’s it
I so hope someone will be asking him this simple innocent question. Sir, Mr. President, sir, can you please give us one example of this new deal that is better for world peace or the American people than the Obama agreement you said was the worse deal you ever saw?
Republican Senator Bill Cassidy calls Trump's Iran agreement "the worst foreign policy blunder in decades."
Had Cassidy won his primary he would have stayed silent. A real profile in courage. 😒
And he’ll still vote in favour of whatever bullshit Trump policy is put in front of him like a good, little clapping seal.
Is Sen. Cassidy going to do anything about it?
They are ll brave when they have nothing to lose. What a disgrace.
