Ukraine struck the Temp oil depot in Rybinsk, Yaroslavl Oblast, overnight on June 14 with long-range Ljutyj kamikaze drones, igniting large fires across multiple fuel tanks. Regional officials and video show intense blazes at the Rosrezerv Temp facility; the depot contains 61 fuel tanks and had been targeted previously, and the regional governor attributed the fires to "falling drone debris." Kyiv also struck the Azot fertilizer and chemical plant in Tula Oblast, a major producer of ammonia and nitrogen fertilizer linked to explosives production. The strikes demonstrate Kyiv's ability to hit strategic fuel and industrial sites deep inside Russia, increasing risks of fuel shortages and logistical strain for Russian forces.
