They never produced the studies or reports that addressed the traffic concerns or the infrastructure they wanted.

I’ve been to dozens of games at Soldier Field and it’s actually the best. People complain about the walk but it’s a lovely part of the experience: walk through a great park with a ton of fans singing and talking, beautiful skyline and lake right there, transit to everywhere in the region nearby
