World Environment Day 2026, theme 'Now For Climate' announced
The United Nations announced World Environment Day 2026 will run under the "Now For Climate" campaign with the overarching theme "Inspired by Nature. For Climate. For Our Future," and official events kicking off in Baku, Azerbaijan. The campaign spotlights restoring habitats, pollinators, soil, forests, wetlands, and urban green spaces as nature-based solutions to cut CO2, bolster climate resilience, and help keep warming close to the 1.5°C limit. Governments, businesses, and communities are being urged to fund solutions, shift policy, and scale biodiversity protection now because integrating nature into climate action delivers immediate benefits for water security, jobs, and disaster risk reduction.
An average human breathes in about 10,000 liters of air daily. Pure air is a fundamental necessity for a healthy life. This #WorldEnvironmentDay, let’s follow Pujya Bapuji's guidance to Go Green and purify the atmosphere. 💨
Go Green #WorldEnvironmentDay
There is the same Divine Ram in everyone..." Keeping Pujya Bapuji's spiritual message in mind, let’s vow to protect every bird, animal, and plant this #WorldEnvironmentDay. Let's unite to Go Green. 🕊️
