SystImmune reports Phase 1 activity for BL‑M14D1 in small‑cell lung cancer at ASCO26

scienceJun 1, 202614247

At ASCO 2026, SystImmune presented Phase 1 results showing investigational agent BL-M14D1 produced objective antitumor activity in patients with small-cell lung cancer. The dose-escalation trial documented tumor shrinkage and disease control in multiple heavily pretreated patients while maintaining a tolerable safety profile that allowed continued dosing. These early signals matter because small-cell lung cancer has few durable treatment options, and BL-M14D1 could advance rapidly into later-stage trials as a potential new therapy for refractory disease.
