Grand Theft Auto VI confirmed for November 19 release
Take-Two and Rockstar confirmed Grand Theft Auto VI will launch on November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles. Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick said preorders have not been announced and that the company will begin marketing this summer, with preorders typically opening alongside promotional rollouts. Take-Two expects the release to help drive roughly $8 billion in revenue next fiscal year and pointed to Grand Theft Auto V's nearly 230 million lifetime sales and Red Dead Redemption II's 85 million copies as context. The November launch positions GTA VI as a holiday-season blockbuster and a potential record-setting seller for this console generation.
Take-Two earnings: Grand Theft Auto VI is still planned for November 19. No delay. In an interview with Bloomberg today, CEO Strauss Zelnick said he didn't know where this week's Best Buy rumors came from and that pre-orders typically start alongside marketing (which will begin this summer).
Are you telling me that gamers online were wrong about something?
It came from a Best Buy affiliate partner email. It’s in my inbox.
gta 6 will be the last game i get from take-two after the kerbal space program 2 situation. Its still up on all marketplaces as an early access game with a studio listed that does not exist still taking money from unsuspecting gamers. Needs to be removed, and should be illegal.
