Olivia Rodrigo announced her new single 'the cure' will drop Friday, May 22. Rodrigo wrote in a May 19 caption that 'the cure' is her favorite song on her upcoming third album 'you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love'. Limited 7-inch vinyl and cassette editions of the single include a B-side demo titled 'never do', and presaves and preorders are live. As the second single, 'the cure' further defines Rodrigo's sound and builds momentum ahead of the album release.
