Star Wars Day, May the Fourth celebrations worldwide
On May 4 Star Wars Day, fans celebrated with costumes, quizzes, clips, fan art and merchandise drops, including the arrival of Star Wars Bounty Hunters Shimmer Wishables at Disney World. Cosplay ranged from classic characters to retro futuristic looks, highlighted by a woman in a white wig and 1970s-style white dress. Creators posted music clips such as a clear version of "I'm Han Solo" from the Star Wars Kinect soundtrack and published essays arguing that the Force does not exist in Star Wars canon. The mix of new merch, creative reinterpretations and critical takes shows why May 4 remains a major day for product launches and fresh takes on the franchise.
What can the Star Wars show “Andor” teach us about standing up to tyranny? A lot. (May the Fourth be with you.)
And May the 4th be with you as well. And UBI.
IMO definitely one of the best pieces of media to be made in the last decade
"Rebellions Are Built On Hope."
Andor is Star Wars for adults - and very timely

"It doesn't take many of us." It wasn't the MAGAS that DID ME IN. It was my eye-opening experiences w/ people RIGHT HERE on BlueSky refusing to participate in resistance.. for even ONE DAY. Supposed progressives won't give up their comforts/privileges. Eventually you WILL lose your job, then life.
God bless you Robert Reich for always speaking the truth and fighting the good fight for democracy.
Not a massive Star Wars fan but I loved Andor!
MAY THE FOREST BE WITH YOU 🌳 #SaveUSFS #SaveOurForests 🌿
Thanks, Robert! 🌟 It's always up to us. 🌌
Seeing Andor appear in so many timelines today shows me that it has the power to speak to us about the world we live in. www.youtube.com/watch?v=vTtX...
There are so many powerful speeches in Andor. It's not only the best thing Star Wars has ever done, it's one of the best TV shows ever. You're absolutely right about the resistance lessons we can take from it. I used the Andor logo to make my latest sign for protest marches.
Mon Mothma's speech to the senate says it all... www.youtube.com/watch?v=KYnE...
Hard to believe that the first Star Wars movie was released 48 years, 11 months, and 9 days ago. Happy Star Wars Day! May the Fourth be With You!
This isn't Star Wars. It's a scene from Space 1999.
It's a sci-fi show that should be in consideration for a reboot.
"That's no moon." ...actually it is, in this case.
Fake!!! Look, if you’re going to post something for #Maythe4th please use a REAL image from #StarWars and show some respect for #StarWarsDay like this one where the evil Darth Vader intimidates Imperial Generals.
They look confused and upset that Luke has turned off his targeting computer.
Unhappy Kent State day. Don't fo4get what matters most. Enjoy the day.

The universe was so much smaller when the moon escaped orbit in 1975.

Oh, get your UK 70s sci fi right! That's Blakes 7. 😘
They should have done a Marinette strung episode as an homage to Andersson's early works.
What the Space 1999 are you doing?
May, the fourth, be with you. (And also with you)
