The Elder Scrolls VI, 'Sentinel', official title revealed
Me and the boys when Elder Scrolls 6 releases in 2060
which one is @brinkofgaming.bsky.social ?
I'm close to being 50, and my friends and I are already talking about living at an old folks home and gaming together. And maybe, just maybe, I'll get to play Elder Scrolls 6 by then! 😅
me when the next fallout is out
Imagine being a gamer but the only IPs you like is GTA and Elder Scrolls.😬
I’m not sure how I feel if true, Elder Scrolls VI could be a Xbox exclusive
The funny thing was people debating that TES6 wouldn't be in Hammerfell and if you look at the map of content for The Elder Scrolls Online, there's just a big void over Hammerfell like they were essentially saying "leave it the FUCK alone!"
I'm just glad we aren't back in Daggerfall tbh. Still wish it would've been Valenwood but eh.
It's annoying, because Hammerfell in the in-game texts seems really cool, but then so did Cyrodiil until they retconned it for Oblivion (don't @ me tes4 lovers, I enjoyed the game anyway) But we've *been* to Hammerfell already in TES2. I would have loved to see Black Marsh, Elsewyr, or Valenwood.
true but i'd be surprised if it doesn't feature the whole province, including the areas already covered by eso
Honestly, I still say it won't only be Hammerfell, since I think it's going to include the Illiac Bay similar to Daggerfall (though probably not the whole of it). Sentinel's pretty close to the last fully standing Tower, and the Thalmor are probably still around, so I expect that to be important.
Im interested in seeing what this location will look like / play like. Im a fan of Arabian themes in fantasy so this could be really nice 🤞
At least there's Craglorn. That place is weird as hell on ESO.
i jus have no capacity for being excited by elder scrolls 6. bethesda took too long and their reaction to criticism of starfield makes me think they didn’t learn anything.
I really enjoyed Starfield up until I finished the main story. It just didn't have that same special quality as their other games. But NMS on the other hand... In any case I remain open minded for the release, if I live that long...
I’ve always broadly liked Starfield despite its many flaws, but whenever I’m playing I can’t help thinking that Skyrim is an infinitely superior game…
Dear, please share my post
sigh, u r right. 76 hurt pretty bad too. now am depressed again. sigh
The Elder Scrolls 6: Sentinel is Still “Years Away” insider-gaming.com/the-elder-sc...
I love Skyrim, but like after it took them a decade to put out an incredibly mediocre and already forgotten Starfield, I have zero faith this will be any good.
I honestly think we'll see remakes of Morrowind and Daggerfall before this game comes out... ...if at all... #FizzVsGaming
WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY DROPPED THE SECOND ELDER SCROLLS 6 TRAILER TODAY
the new Call Of Magic is ok
"Hey, get me an ES6 trailer!" "One ES6 trailer, coming up! "And hold the gameplay footage!" "Hold the gameplay footage?" "And the estimated release date!" "Wha-?" "And hold the assurance that this actually exists in any form!" "Ey, Jimmy! Get me an ES6 trailer with NOTHIN'!"
Looks like we're going back to Hammerfell.
I don't know how I'm supposed to care about a new elder scrolls anymore. Who's even going to be able to play this lmao.
I was excited when they announced it 8 years ago, but... guh, so much time has passed and Starfield sucking really didn't help haha... I feel there's no way they release something that is worth waiting 15+ years for ever since Skyrim's release
Considering they're probably still going to be using their modified gamebryo fork it'll probably at least be easier to run than the average ue5 game lol.
They just dropped the new teaser for the Elder Scrolls and even though Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim are some of my favorite games of all time. Truly generational achievements in video games, I am just… so unexcited about this.
8 years from existence reveal to title reveal and it’s like yawn Elder Scrolls Sentinel, GTA 6, Zelda Ocarina of Time, they’re all giant games reminiscent of a games industry that doesn’t exist the same way it did when development started
To be fair it’s kind of hard to be excited when it’s just a title and it’s still like 2-3 years away.
I just don't have faith in Bethesda these days. They've been eroding their goodwill since Fallout 76 and Microsoft gutted Bethesda of employees recently.
They just took too long unfortunately. I've been waiting for the game for half of my entire life at this point. There's only so long that I can remain consistently excited, especially when I know that the game is still gonna be a modern Bethesda product whenever it does come out.
