Blue Sky Art Show, theme 'Transportation'

Today's Blue Sky Art Show is a weekly community event themed #Transportation, inviting photos centered on movement and conveyance. The gallery features rail scenes and winding tracks, coastal boats and floatplanes, vintage motor scooters and classic cars, plus close-up nature shots that treat pollinators as tiny transport systems. Standout entries include abandoned train tracks disappearing into an autumnal peak landscape in Standish, ME, an Otter floatplane landing on Cook Inlet to reach Crescent Lake for salmon fishing, and a macro shot of a bee carrying nectar with a pollen load on its hind leg. Look for scenes from Peggy's Cove, a Riley 9 Kestrel in Kennington, and boats on the Arno among the shared images under #Transportation.
