Fortune's Weave DLC Wave 1 out, v1.1.0 adds Expansion Pass support

gamingOct 15, 202624367

Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave just launched Wave 1 of its Expansion Pass and patch version 1.1.0 adds initial Expansion Pass support and a roadmap. Community posts focus on the new trailer and Wave 1 price of $34.99 while arguing over the reported $105 to $115 all-in cost and whether to wait to buy until finishing story arcs. Several players mention progress details, including someone who just finished Leda's part 1, while others joke the game will keep growing with Wave 2 this holiday and Wave 3 in 2027. A profanity-laced post compared the game to an irresistible trap, capturing the mix of excitement and sticker shock in the moment.

Fortune's Weave is a trap set up by Nintendo to absorb a significant mass of gamers in a single game never to be heard from again like the fucked up ghost vault from Ghostbusters.

Just finished replaying the last 4 chapters of Dietrich's path to play 2 paralogues and recruit a character I missed but definitely won't use. I'm in the vault

It took me 117h to finish 2/3rds of it...

Help. I finished 2 paths for part 1 and instead of doing part 2 for either I started a 3rd.

as much as I have been loving Fortune’s Weave I’ll probably wait to buy the DLC until I actually finished at least all four part 2s since like. it’s really taking me a long time I’ve only just recently finished Leda’s part 1

The new story stuff is cool, but why the fucking hell would I want a bunch of busted units that destroy the balance of the game?

ok so it seems to play the entirety of fire emblem fortune's weave at the cheapest official price possible, it's not $70 plus tax anymore. you actually have to pay $105 plus tax
