generally just adopting a rhythm of dipping out of dagsion for a week to do dungeons appropriate for your level + Whatever Your Lord's Gimmick Is and then coming back every sunday for the weekly activity reset is more than enough, dont gotta worry about anything else

I just try to be back home each Sunday to do the weekly things and then go out for quests. Takes a couple sessions to get into a groove and you also unlock more facilities over time.
