Isack Hadjar will return to race for Red Bull at this weekend’s Azerbaijan Grand Prix in Baku after recovering from a wrist injury, Red Bull announced on September 22, 2026. Hadjar had missed the last three races since the Hungarian Grand Prix while sidelined with the wrist fracture. Liam Lawson, who stepped into Hadjar’s Red Bull seat and scored 14 points for the team, will move back to Racing Bulls for the Baku weekend. Yuki Tsunoda filled in at Racing Bulls while Lawson was with Red Bull and will revert to a reserve role. Red Bull published a welcome-back message on its social channels and Hadjar is listed for the FIA drivers press conference in Baku.
