Bird of the Day, theme 'Inflight'

Bird of the Day is a daily community theme with today’s subject #InFlight, any bird captured in flight, with an alternate theme #Grounded for birds on natural ground. Gallery entries are mostly photography, from tight backyard action shots to wildlife refuge and coastal scenes, with some minimalist sky compositions and field reports.
