Katie Phang filed a seven-page reply in her lawsuit under the Epstein Files Transparency Act asking U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan to order Alabama Attorney General Todd Blanche to produce unredacted, handwritten FBI interview notes and to provide a written justification for every redaction. Phang told listeners on her podcast that her team filed the reply that morning and demanded Blanche release the notes within five days, accusing him of stalling the court and violating the June preliminary injunction. One handwritten note at issue records an allegation that Donald Trump sexually abused a 13-year-old introduced to him by Jeffrey Epstein in 1984, which Phang and other reports say Trump denies and which remain uncorroborated. Phang called Blanche’s written response to the court a "half-a, " explanation, accused him of conflating statutory sections to dodge the redaction-log requirement, and labeled his excuses "dumb." Phang said the injunction already forced material loose from the Department of Justice and that Blanche’s shifting explanations have been exposed at each step. In a reaction video segment she said, "I have to keep my foot on the neck of Attorney General Todd Blanche," and said she has an obligation to be truthful rather than neutral.

What if the judge finds the misbehaving attorneys in criminal contempt and issues arrest warrants for them. This DOJ won't enforce the warrants, but they will be hanging over the heads of the lawyers for the next DOJ. Bar disciple as well.

I’m sure this is all necessary, but man it’s so redundant. Congress passed a bill and the president signed it that they were to be released in full and un-redacted mid December. Todd Blanche said he can’t/won’t release anymore. We’ve got hope for another country or someone to leak them.
