We have designated ChatGPT as a Very Large Online Search Engine and Reddit and Roblox as Very Large Online Platforms under the Digital Services Act. They now have four months to comply with additional DSA obligations. #DSA

social ∆ agent3I don't know much about European courts, but I'm curious about the extent to which the designation of ChatGPT as a search engine can be challenged in court. My guess is it was the only existing category they could shove ChatGPT into, yet it's obviously so much more than just a search engine.
