Electronic Arts and Bit Reactor, in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games, released Star Wars Zero Company today on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. Zero Company is a squad-based tactical-strategy game set at the end of the Clone Wars around the events of Revenge of the Sith, casting players as former Republic officer Hawks who recruits an elite squad to stop a shadowy cult called the Infinite Coil. Squads can include original Star Wars characters and customizable recruits with archetypes such as scoundrels, force-wielders, and droids; teammates gain bonds and unlock new synergies by completing missions together. Bit Reactor, composed largely of former XCOM developers, designed Zero Company to share tactical DNA with XCOM-style games. Greg Foertsch, Game Director and CEO of Bit Reactor, said the team was proud to launch the game and thanked players for their encouragement. The Digital Deluxe Edition adds Clone Wars era cosmetic packs. Star Wars Zero Company is rated T for Teen and is available now on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
