San Diego Comic Con news I'm excited for: * waffle-maker the movie is finally getting made. (And Molly Ringwald is voicing the Waffle Iron!) * The Bananarama biopic will be filmed in BananaVision, which is like IMAX but yellow * First footage from Demolition Derby, about a hat that smashes things
You have no idea how many attempts there have been to get the Waffle Iron movie off the ground Unfairly, many pundits believed that the box office failure of French Toast 3 (in which Patrick Stewart played Powdered Sugar) meant the breakfast-foods movie craze was over. But Waffles are universal!
I hope that in Demolition Derby they get the casting for Bowler and Trilby right. Also I hope that they are way more respectful in how they depict Stetson and Panama than the 90s Japanese OVA.
You joke about BananaVision, but the audience a-peel is going to be huge.
filmed on location in Demolition Derbyshire
Molly will just show up in anything now.
Rick Moranis gets a Hall H standing ovation during the #Spaceballs: The New One’ panel at Comic Con. #SDCC
Left comedy and acting to focus on parenting after his wife died from breast cancer
😍 I love this man
not exaggerating when I say this is the first good thing I've seen all year
He should have been Doctor Doom.
I'M NOT CRYING YOU'RE CRYING
Rick getting his flowers makes me feel emotional 😭
