Dungeon Crawler Carl casts Jeff Hays as Princess Donut

Jeff Hays, the narrator and producer behind all eight currently released Dungeon Crawler Carl books, has been cast to voice Princess Donut in Peacock’s live-action adaptation of Matt Dinniman’s LitRPG series. Variety calls the character Queen Anne Chonk and confirms Hays will provide the cat’s voice for Seth MacFarlane’s television version. Hays previously narrated the audiobook series and is credited as a producer on those releases, making this role a direct transfer of his audiobook performance to the TV adaptation. The casting ties the franchise’s established audiobook voice to Peacock’s on-screen production and secures Hays as the named vocal presence for Princess Donut in the series.
