Omega, Ospreay and Jon Moxley defeat the Don Callis Family on AEW Dynamite

Will Ospreay and Kenny Omega opened AEW Dynamite in Nashville by cutting a promo in which Ospreay said he and Omega are undefeated whenever they have teamed together. Jon Moxley joined them, said "There’s no tension in this room," and the trio were announced for trios action later in the show against the Don Callis Family. The Don Callis Family appeared with Renee Paquette and tensions flared between Kevin Knight and International Champion Kyle Fletcher, who each insisted they did not need the family's help and requested everyone be banned from ringside for upcoming matches at Redemption. The scheduled trios match began with Protokada and Brodido trading offense, and Brody King received the hot tag and took control against Okada and Fletcher after the break. Earlier on the show Kevin Knight retained the TNT Title over Darby Allin, finishing with the UFO Splash. The program emphasized rising friction inside the Don Callis Family ahead of Redemption and kept the Omega/Ospreay/Moxley versus Don Callis Family angle prominent for the upcoming pay-per-view.
