House passes $1.15 trillion defense bill, tees up Iran war funds
The House passed its $1.15 trillion defense policy bill and advanced a measure to help cover the rising costs of the Iran war — with Republicans steamrolling Democrats. Both measures face a difficult path to becoming law, however.
Remember when Republicans were totally outraged the Biden admin raised the debt by a trillion over 3 years? And now they are trying to do that in one afternoon. /s
Stop calling it a "defense bill." When was the last time our military was used for defense? Iran was never a threat to the US. Iraq was never a threat to the US. Even Afghanistan was 99.999% innocent of 9/11 - it was SAUDIS who pulled off the WTC job. And he just handed Saudi Arabia nukes.
No money for homeless, education, health but endless money to kill people and make enemies. Truly the dumbest country on earth. No wonder everyone fucking hates you.
Can we get that itemized ?
The Senate would like a word dumbasses.
The idiot country of the world.
BREAKING: Six Democratic House lawmakers crossed the aisle to join a majority of Republicans in passing a nearly $1.15 trillion annual defense policy bill… Thoughts?! 🤔
Shameful, and it also shows that Hakeem Jeffries is not the leader he should be. Pelosi had more control as speaker.
primary them. they are not democrats.
DINOs that MUST be voted out! Gluesenkamp-Perez and the other fools should consider themselves unemployed soon. We're FED UP with her!
The #DINO 's are back. The republican part have RINO's and the dems have the DINO's. Lovely.
They can fuck all the way off, that’s my thought 🤬🖕🏼🔥
The six House Democrats who voted for the NDAA are Reps. Henry Cuellar (Texas), Don Davis (N.C.), Jared Golden (Maine), Vicente Gonzalez (Texas), Adam Gray (Calif.) and Marie Glusenkamp Perez (Wash.).

Remember this when we're inevitably told that food stamps, single payer healthcare, and fully funded public education are unaffordable.
Republicans donors need more money
They cut $186 billion from SNAP because they said we couldn’t afford it.
another day, another reason to consider not paying taxes
And this government can’t even create a health care plan, help with homelessness, make things affordable and take care of their own people’s welfare. But they can start wars all over the world cuz their leader is weak and easily led.
I also have trouble making it on my $1 trillion budget
The trillion dollar NDAA bill also merges the Israeli IDF and the US military. People don't even understand just how problematic this is.
