At WWE Saturday Night's Main Event on July 18 at Madison Square Garden, Fatal Influence's Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid defeated champions Brie Bella and Paige to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. The match saw Paige isolated early, then Brie Bella answer with Brie Mode Knees and a missile dropkick after a hot tag. Jacy Jayne interfered twice, first stalling momentum and then grabbing Paige's hair as Paige attempted an O'Connor Roll. In the finish, Henley hit a flying lariat, Reid shoved into the steel post, Fallon held Reid's arms on the outside, and Reid pulled the tights to secure the pin. WWE billed Henley, Reid, and Jacy Jayne as poised to be major players now that Fatal Influence are the new champions.
