Mark6Alex Hartley is spot on here, and I think runs through a wider contempt for or complacency about the actual cricket that affects both men's and women's teams? They judge success by daft KPIs and silly metrics rather than the quality being played and how you get performance in that.

Linda1I tend to agree. He tried to take consequences & pressure out of the game but players have to learn to handle the pressure. You can't run from it forever, eventually a match or moment will matter & then you're unprepared.
