I missed #Philadelphia on #TCMParty but it remined me of the time when I first saw it. I saw that and Schinder's List in the theaters on the same week I was let go from a job and both movies helped put things in perspective for me.

This movie is as devastating as it was the first time. It's as heartbreaking as I thought it would be to watch again. But part of me isn't sad. Part of me feels stronger even than when I saw it.
