China test-launches ballistic missile from submarine into South Pacific
The launch of a nuclear-capable long-range missile from a Chinese submarine in the South Pacific with just hours of notice has angered Australia and New Zealand, who labelled the test destabilising and concerning.
The firing of the ballistic missile, fitted with a dummy warhead, came just hours after Australia and Fiji struck a new defence alliance that commits them to come to each other’s aid if they come under attack. www.smh.com.au/politics/fed...
What did they think was going to happen? China is now a super technologically advanced country. I never understand these world leaders. You think China is going to sit there and let the United States Empire be king when they're clearly smarter and more capable? 😂
We really are in a ‘trump and putin are going insane and no one’s stopping them so we might aswell’ timeline
The illusional strength where only factional weakness is shown of the Trump USA is now used by China to step in. That is fully predictable. China is slowly making Russia a vasalle state through supplying to their invasion of Europe, replacing domestic production too.
👀 "On July 6, China launched an unarmed intercontinental-range ballistic missile from a nuclear-powered submarine into the Pacific Ocean. The United States said it monitored the launch and warned that Beijing’s 'rapid and opaque nuclear weapons buildup' is a concern to the region and the world."
"The timing is familiar. Recent major summits that should have centered Ukraine were repeatedly pulled off course by Washington’s own fights — Iran, Greenland, defense spending, and Trump’s repeated calls with Putin — each time shifting diplomatic oxygen away from Russia’s war."
Well at least we have competent people in charge of our national security. *gallows humor*
