Art Fight 2026 began July 1 as artists published their team cards and started posting the event’s first attacks and revenge pieces. Participants immediately shared numerous character-focused attacks drawing OCs, furry and monster designs, and personal favorites tagged to teams such as Team Tragedy and Team Mystery. Several creators flagged that this year they will prioritize revenges and friends when choosing targets. One artist reported a polished attack plus a Live2D VTuber model effort that took about three hours for the artwork and five hours to rig. A few posts noted site interruptions while people worked on submissions, but artists continued posting multiple attacks and planning more revenges over the opening days.
