Big Brother 28 unveils 'Time Trip' house, season starts July 9

CBS unveiled BIG BROTHER: Time Trip as the Season 28 theme and released first photos of the Time Trip house. Houseguests will enter rooms filled with relics and era-specific design that evoke periods from prehistoric times through the 1980s and Y2K, with hidden clues, new powers and early twists meant to transport competitors across moments in time and shake up strategy from the start. The season premieres Thursday, July 9 at 8/7c with a 90-minute episode. Season 28 also marks BIG BROTHER becoming the first primetime series to reach 1,000 original episodes, and CBS says behind-the-scenes footage, extended interviews and surprise visits from past players will appear when BIG BROTHER: UNLOCKED returns Friday, July 10 at 8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT. Promotional ads for the season have already begun airing on CBS.

One of my friends got into Big Brother for the first time last year… entirely driven by the feeds. I tried to introduce her to Love Island this year but she wasn’t into it because there are no feeds. They are definitely what sets the show apart and brings in new viewers 25 years later.
