A Manhattan funeral for music executive Clive Davis featured eulogies from Bruce Springsteen and Alicia Keys and performances including Jennifer Hudson and a mournful sax solo by Kenny G. Pop royalty in attendance and paying tribute included Stevie Wonder, Barry Manilow and Dionne Warwick, and the service also included a special letter from Paul Simon. Civic and media figures at the service included Nancy Pelosi, Hoda Kotb, Gayle King and actor Adrien Brody, and Rabbi Angela Warnick Buchdahl said, "Clive would have loved this." Reporters noted the service took place at a synagogue and that Davis, a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, was laid to rest after the ceremony.
