A star-studded funeral for music executive Clive Davis took place in Manhattan, with Bruce Springsteen and Alicia Keys delivering eulogies and Jennifer Hudson performing. Kenny G opened the service with a mournful saxophone solo, and a special letter from Paul Simon was read. Pop royalty in attendance included Dionne Warwick, Barry Manilow and Stevie Wonder; Nancy Pelosi, Adrien Brody, Hoda Kotb and Gayle King were also present. Rabbi Angela Warnick Buchdahl said, "Clive would have loved this." Springsteen praised Davis, saying, "He dressed like a king and he was born to run, everything."
