Washington Nationals beat the Baltimore Orioles 6-4 as Luis García Jr. went 3-for-5 with two home runs, a double, and five RBIs. García's first blast came in the top of the fifth off Tyler Wells, a 2-run homer with a 104.7 mph exit velocity, 27 degree launch angle and a projected 401 feet that gave Washington a 5-2 lead. He added a second homer in the seventh off Albert Suárez, a 377-foot shot with a 109.9 mph exit velo, recorded as his 16th of the season. Zack Littell earned the win, Kyle Bradish took the loss, and PJ Poulin recorded the final six outs for the save. The performance extended García's hot stretch to five homers in his last six games and marked his second multi-homer game in June. The Nationals secured the road series in Baltimore and moved back above .500; Washington also sits near the top of the majors in runs scored this season, fueled by contributions from James Wood, CJ Abrams, and García.
