The San Jose Sharks selected Swedish winger Ivar Stenberg with the second overall pick in the 2026 NHL Draft. Stenberg, 18, spent 2025-26 with Frölunda in the Swedish Hockey League, where he led all teenagers with 11 goals and 22 assists for 33 points in 43 games.
